The Eole Belgian Spritz is an aperitif based on wine alcohol produced through the distillation of some of the grape juice not utilized in the Domaine du Chant d’Eole cuvées, along with grain alcohol. This aperitif base undergoes a gin-like distillation process, enriched with the flavors of kumquats and infused with a blend of spices and fruits.

Eole Belgian Spritz, halfway between a gin and a bitter, serves as the perfect companion for your aperitifs.

The Domain

Domaine du Chant d’Éole was created in 2010 as the result of a partnership between a family of renowned Champagne winegrowers and a family of Belgian farmers.

Aware of the importance of the origin of the grapes in guaranteeing the quality of their wines, they decided to build up the finest Belgian vineyards over the years.

Facing south, the Domain’s hillside has the particularity of being in the middle of a wind farm, an undeniable advantage for the production of quality Belgian bubbles.
