The tradition
Haka is the name of a group of ceremonial dances performed by the Maori people of New Zealand. Probably the most well-known haka is the one that has been performed for years by the New Zealand rugby team, the All Blacks, before the start of each game.
The dance itself consists of a series of gestures, often starting from a crouched stance. One tightens the muscles and then strikes them.
Harness the energy, leadership, and expressive elements of the HAKA to ignite a new level of teamwork and camaraderie within your group.
