Participative and active lectures including yoga, meditation and breathing exercises. These well-being workshops cover many topics such as sleep, nutrition, movement, emotions and stress management. The workshops aim to help your employees observe how they feel, what they need and how they can find solutions to balance their life at home and at work in a more holistic way.
Five different topics are available: balance, increased focus, stress management, good posture and energy boost.

The entrepreneur

Victoria’s experience as a yoga student and teacher has led her to understand that nothing is permanent and that everything shall pass.
We all have different bodies, different flexibilities, different anatomies, we also have different energy, fatigue and stress levels. She believes that by learning to know ourselves, we learn how to adapt our lives depending on how we feel and on what we are able to do, right here, right now.

The mindful movements Victoria teaches are inspired by yoga, sports and daily life lessons and experiences. It is a good balance between strength and flexibility, between holding on and letting go.
Victoria invites people to integrate what they do on their yoga mat in their daily life and help them take what they need when they need it based on the opportunities that arise.
